The Lure Of The Carburettor (Part 2)


You could occupy many a rainy afternoon by trying to work out the context of this photograph which was rescued from the old and unwanted box of photographic orphans. Could the gentleman in the uniform be the family chauffeur? The two young ladies - are they the daughters of the house? Are they just posing, or are they experienced drivers about to embark on the Paris to Dakar Rally? There will never be answers, of course, but he needs answers with a car like that!
